Just Sold and Bought! We met Cindy while looking at an Open House that she was hosting. We talked with her and were quickly impressed with her attitude and enthusiasm. Her openess and character made us realize we had to have her as our realtor. We soon mat Dave, when we saw his personality and level of experience in home sales and construction. Wow, what a team! A "ten" and a "ten"! Cindy and Dave very quickly gave us a complete and very thorough evaluation of our home to be sold, and gave solid and helpful advice concerning our home to be purchased. Cindy's enthusiasm and aggressive selling attitude was very appreciated. It was also an absolute pleasure to walk through the new home on the inspection, aided by Dave who's knowledge and background was a huge asset. The team effect we saw from beginning to end with the Walker's was fantastic and we loved dealing with them. There was always an abundance of great help and friendliness. We would absolutely reccomend Dave, Cindy and Amanda to our friends and family. It has been about four months since we have met the Walker's, and evern through our association with each sale/purchase is completed, any contact with the Walker's is always enjoyed. I wouldnt use anyone else for future real estate deals and would push all family and friends to use them as well. I would like to note as well that no real estate deal is without problems. Just Bought! We first inquired about a listing while house sitting in White Rock. Even though we left back to Manitoba, Cindy kept in touch with us and kept us up to date with listings in our price range. We found Cindy to be very persistant but not very pushy. Very friendly but at the same time most professional in her dealings with her clients and their agents. Always had a positive attitude about finding us a suitable house.
