Dave and Cindy have lived and worked in the White Rock and Langley areas all their lives and feel it is really one of the nicest locations in the world to live and raise a family. We are blessed with a resort sea side community, minutes to the border and within an hour of mountains to ski on and lakes for boating.
Dave a 13 year REALTOR® and Cindy a 15 year REALTOR® are both consistent top producing agents selling up to 100 homes in a year, anywhere from entry level to luxury properties, with business mostly derived from friends, business acquaintances and repeat clients. Dave and Cindy on average have not carried more than a dozen listings at any time, yet combined yet turn over more real estate than other agents consistently carrying a larger portfolio. Plus sell a large share of homes to buyers in the area. Dave and Cindy feel their success is due to client satisfaction from their extensive real estate background, producing a steady stream of referrals of possible clients. Dave offers an extensive 25 year building and development background working with his own funds and hiring REALTORS® in the market place, building over 200 homes, an apartment building and subdividing numerous parcels of land. Cindy comes with a banking bank ground and loads of energy selling 22 homes in her first year of real estate. She is also a current 7 year mortgage broker providing clients the information and assistance to get properties sold for top dollar and buyers to make a sound investment. With Dave & Cindy's knowledge and experience they are able to provide their clients they believe accurate information, solutions for problems and marketing, not relying on a text book, consultants or various professionals. Dave is generally first to show our listings and attend home inspections, as he has the calm personality and the building experience to promote quality and resolve problems. Cindy manages the office, produces market evaluations, markets the listings, follows up on leads, answers phones, emails and provides weekly updates to sellers. Both Dave and Cindy work with the buyers drawing on each other's resources to assist clients in the best fashion possible. Dave also likes to personally walk through seller's homes early in the listing to address potential mechanical or cosmetic issues prior to a buyer viewing and being spooked by a small problem or assist buyers through a home inspection by providing solutions. We have to say, rarely do our deals fall apart. With problems addressed and documents in order prior to a buyer viewing a property, this puts everyone involved in the sale or purchase at ease and we find properties sell faster & for better dollars. Dave and Cindy have first hand knowledge of the complexity of real estate including: location, layout, quality of workmanship, renovations and demolition, construction of new homes, septic fields, leaky condo's, new home warranty, official community plans, subdivision of property, mortgage alternatives, writing enforceable contracts, negotiating a contract and after sales service. Dave and Cindy over the years have put together a proven team of professionals: design consultants, home stagers, cleaning services, professional photographers, builders, trades including: painters, electricians and plumbers to prepare homes for sale and after sales service to resolve problems to ensure moves are a pleasant experience Marketing: we feel we have one of the best systems in place, with the most advanced technology and we are continually improving. We cooperate and work hard at maintaining a strong personal relationship the approximately 450 local REALTORS® and the additional 10,000 REALTORS® in the Lower Mainland, including Vancouver, Richmond and Burnaby to assist in getting our listings sold for top dollar and finding opportunities for our buyers. Dave and Cindy pride themselves giving back to the community. We are members of the local Chamber of Commerce, donate to various charities, run an annual winter blanket drive for the homeless, spring community garage sale, summer coloring contest for children and a complimentary brunch for valued clients.
