Dave and Cindy have enjoyed a life together in South Surrey/White Rock for 23 years raising 3 children involved in the public school system, dance and sports. Amanda is a REALTOR® and mortgage broker working in the office for us, plus with clients of her own. James is a REALTOR in Vancouver for the Stockmann Group and Kimberly is involved with interior design studies at BCIT. Our family enjoys boating and the ski slope.

Dave and Cindy have been top producing realtors since they started over 13 years ago with the majority of their business derived from friends, business acquaintances, repeat clients and referrals Dave and Cindy stay on top of the market by viewing 12 to 25 homes each week, participating in the office tours and touring buyers around. Having done this for over 13 years, we feel we have been through most homes and down all the streets in the area.

Dave and Cindy work with their clients, not an entourage of assistants. Dave is generally shows our listings as he has the building experience, while Cindy is managing the office, answering phones and emails or second up. Depending on the buyers’ needs and wants, both Dave and Cindy tour buyers around.

On average we carry a dozen listings at any given time and find with our extensive marketing plan including the latest technology, pricing the homes honestly with sellers and working our network of clients and realtors in the Lower Mainland, including Vancouver, Richmond and Burnaby, our listings sell or for top dollar giving us quality time to negotiate offers, provide daily personal service and follow-up.

Dave and Cindy's honesty, wealth of expertise, knowledge, patience plus team of professionals: design consultants, home stagers, cleaning services, professional photographers, builders, trades including: painters, electricians and plumbers are available to assist in preparing homes for sale and after sales service to resolve problems to ensure moves are a pleasant experience for everyone involved in the sale producing satisfied clients and referrals.
