About Dave Dave has been top producing award winning realtor for 12 years. He moved to South Surrey/White Rock from Alberta when he was 8 years old and has lived here ever since. Dave feels his apprenticeship to real estate was his 25 year electrical, building and development background in South Surrey/White Rock area running his own company and building over 200 residential homes including cliff hangers, White Rock specials to luxury houses and apartment buildings, plus rezoning, developing and subdividing parcels of land risking his and Cindy's resources, working with financial institutions and private funds to finance these projects, along with employing a foreman, trades, decorators and the local realtors to market the properties and negotiate Dave's contracts. 
Dave built our family home 6 years ago, he continues to stay abreast of new policies and designs required by City Hall, including New Home Warranty. Dave continues to work with the same builders and contractors today assisting clients with building contracts, determining the quality of a home, site inspections, renovations, updating, additions, subdivision and development proposals. Dave was most recently involved in the building of a view property on Magdalen Avenue, Chantrell subdivision of lots, and Langley acreage split. Clients find it a real pleasure to work with the experience Dave has to offer.
