We like to meet with potential clients to listen and understand their needs, wants and desires. Whether it is your first, last home or an investment property, we are here to make purchasing easier, more enjoyable, less time consuming and save you money.
Generally the first day out with buyers, we set appointments 20 to 30 minutes apart to view select homes and drive past a few potentials to give the buyer a feel for the market. Some buyers purchase a home in a matter of a weeks, others like to research the market which could take up to a year.
We offer proven experience and knowledge having grown up and worked in the White Rock, Surrey and Langley areas all their lives. We are familiar with preferred locations, quality, pricing and salability of homes, schools, shopping centers and transportation systems.
As an added advantage, Dave offers 25 years in construction and land development, so can offer answer buyers questions while viewing homes and property. Whether it's a new home, one that requires work or lots that need subdivided. Dave has the knowledge and resources to assist you.

The Walkers provide buyers a wide range of properties through our HomeLife Office, Multiple Listing Service, news paper and feature advertisements. We also keep apprised of For Sale By Owners and New Developments Sites in the area.
Having worked and lived in the local area all our lives, we feel we have either viewed or driven by most properties in the area, therefore are only too happy to provide quick answers for buyers.
We communicate with buyers as often as they desire with new listings and price reductions: hourly, daily or weekly by email, fax or a personal telephone call.
Should you find Advertisements and For Sale Signs including "For Sale by Owners" that catch your eye, call us to perform the leg work and provide you the details.
Open Houses! Let the representative know up front, you are working with the Walkers. They will gladly cooperate by inviting you to view the property. The same respect, we provide their clients.
The Walkers are only paid when they sell a property. As Buyers' Agents, we provide undivided loyalty. If we know about a home on the market, it is our duty to inform you. We can't sell it to our best friend or buy it ourselves without giving you an equal opportunity. We can access any information you need and show you through virtually any property in British Columbia.
Commissions are paid out of the seller's proceeds of the sale. In the case of a for sale by owner or alternate business mode companies, the commission is negotiated and generally also paid out of the seller's proceeds of the sale.
Benefit from our negotiating experience. There are many negotiating factors, including but not limited to price, financing, terms, date of possession or exclusion of repairs, furnishings or equipment. In addition, the purchase agreement should provide a period of time for you to complete appropriate inspections and investigations of property before you are bound or complete the purchase. The Walkers can advise you as to which terms, inclusions and investigations are recommended or required, plus negotiate on your behalf for the best possible price.
