Dave, Cindy and Amanda combined sell and an average of 80 to 100 homes each year, are well connected in the community and respected by REALTORS® sharing new and upcoming listings by email, fax and personal telephone calls to pass onto our buyers. Dave, Cindy and Amanda with their combined experience, have represented thousands of clients in a multitude of situations including: negotiating contracts, failed home inspections, new home construction and after sale follow-up. We have surpassed our real estate apprenticeship, to save our buyers time, aggravation and bottom line, money buyers time and money in your pocket. We find we have either viewed or driven by most properties in the area, therefore are only too happy to provide quick answers for buyers. Generally the first day out with buyers, we set appointments 20 to 30 minutes apart to view select homes and drive past a few potentials to give the buyer a feel for the market. Some buyers purchase a home in a matter of a weeks, others like to research the market which could take up to a year. We communicate with buyers as often as they desire with new listings and price reductions: hourly, daily or weekly by email, fax or a personal telephone call. We can access any information you need and show you through virtually any property in British Columbia. Commission is offered by the Seller and Listing REALTOR® which is deducted from the sale price. In the case of a for sale by owner or a cut rate commission company, we the Buyer's Agents generally include this negotiable commission in the contract of purchase of sale, which is deducted from the sale price to net the seller proceeds. |
